When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in the USA. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3–5 business days from the date the order is placed and will be shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. After that, delivery will take approximately 3–8 business days within the United States, and 15–30 business days for international orders, depending on the destination.

Will I be charged taxes and customs fees?

The prices displayed on our website are tax-free and listed in US dollars, which means you may be required to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs office.

You are responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees, and these charges will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.
